  Wish I could give it less than 1 star.. No tellers, no service.. Can't even ask why my new ATM card hasn't arrived.. Good Bye Suncorp- you suck!! It's not the fault of the staff, this is simply CORPORATE GREED.

  Worst bank ever, went to deposit some cash and wanted to deposit it over counter, when I got there i got told to use the atm. I hate using the atm as my notes are crunchy and never get accepted and get spat out anyways used it because I had no other option, worst decision ever as it counted my money incorrectly, told the lady at the bank and she told me the machine is always right!! Long story short I had to make a dispute claim about the error, a week later I got my $50 back.. I now use Australia post to deposit money at the pines

  Horrible service. The staff here make you feel like your a bother and a nuisance to their day. Have actually changed banks due to their attitude. Do not recommend this branch. I don’t get the concept of a cashless branch. I would love to know the rationale behind this. There is not one positive behind this change. Not happy

  Dreadful... What a waste of my time. The staff are rude.. always too busy to acknowledge clients. If this is a money making exercise by Suncorp it will fail as there won't be any customers left. Plenty of other banks in same Shopping Centre to change over to and get customer service as it should be.

  Worst waste of time in my life, I needed to withdraw cash over the counter as it was over my daily ATM limit, and I needed the cash "right now", I was surprised when I realised that the branch does not have cashiers and only ATM's with a limit, the only option given to me was to drive to the Burleigh branch. I don't understand the point of having a useless branch in a shopping centre, I'm sure the ATM + internet can do the job without the need of useless staff.
